"I asked for a new battery to be put in my car key, he advised this would take ten minutes and cost $23.00. When I called back he said he put in a new battery and the key would not work. So he took the battery back out and handed me the key. The key worked when I drove to the mall and I have no idea how he thought I would drive away with no battery in the key. After a few choice words he be grudgingly put the new battery in the key and insisted it wouldn’t work. I put the key in the door and it unlocked, put the key in the ignition and drove off. Hope the staff member learns something from this experience and I won’t recommend or be going back."
