"Thoroughly unhappy with this shop. - Just wanted the sale. Needed to find shoes for a family member who has mobility issues. Found a pair, seemed ok - I was mindful of spending the $$$ (not cheap) and asked if we get home and they are not suitable can I bring them back - was told yes we can help you with this no problem. After trying them on at home and not suitable at all - (they worsened the problem - made the foot drag) so I brought them back. Was told quickly + abruptly they will not take them back - and I did not have the box. The woman who sold them to me said - did I want her to keep the box - which I said yes as I did not need a box, then they tell me they won't take them back without a box! So now I have shoes that noone can wear and $300 out of pocket! Bad customer service - not there to help at all. Unhappy."
