Tarocash was the only store that we looked at that had dress pants that really suited my son. He also bought a very trendy jacket that looked more expensive than it really was. "Simply awful service, purchased shoes— told not to worry about keeping receipt as we were in their database. They were used twice then buckles fell about. Returned inside a month, no record of purchase—- didn’t want to know about us. Second time we have struck issue with this store—— be very careful purchasing from them, i will never purchase from them again"

"WORST SERVICE EVER, Misleading advertising, 28/12/21 - Went to buy 2 shirts as sign (shown in photo) said 2 shirts for $70 when I went to the counter she was going to charge me full price. As I picked the shirts from the racks below the sign and informed her of this, she became rude and belligerent and said that is the price do you want them or not. Totally disgusted with the woman’s attitude – she then went on to the old adage – “I just work here”. Won’t be back and will pass on complaint to commerce commission for Misleading Advertising. PS I also note other people have commented on how rude the staff are !!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!"
