"As you can see, the food and the environment are perfectly fine. However service is terrible. Ordered a chicken udon meal, described exactly as that "yaki udon chicken on udon with veges" ordered this and it arrived smelling very strongly of fish. It was covered in fish flakes. As I did not want any fish and the fish was not on the menus description I asked the staff for a refund etc, she told me "that's how yaki udon is" and denied any work around, she denied refund and when she tried to show me the alternative menu that supposedly has photos of the fish flakes, she couldn't find the photo and admitted they actually did not have any photo, still denied refund or work around. Service is horrible."
"Phoned first, person inaudible and English comprehension not good. Went to dine in, again person inaudible, English comprehension terrible. Items online not showing on menu in restaurant. Order took long. Only 2 drink of 2 brought to table. Went to counter to ask about other drink. Person saw me standing, proceeded to put gloves on and run around doing other tasks. Understaffed, shouldn't have 1 person at counter and also sorting food orders. Waited for about 5 minutes for the person to get me our 2nd drink. Shop closes at 8.30, but closing sign put on door at 8.05 already."
"Nice dinner. We went for simple dinner nothing fancy. Got Exactly what we were looking for! Quick meal and back to our fancy hotel."
"Waited 40 minutes to get food, in the context of the previous person ordering bulk. Although I dont think it should take that long regardless. Food was alright, serving size was good, pork was tough, flavour a bit bland."
