"Very disappointing. Ordered online 45 minutes in advanced for 6pm on a Tuesday night (not busy). Arrive at 6pm on the dot and find my pizzas to have been given to the wrong customers, but the staff kept this quiet and did not tell me anything and just left me waiting 20 minutes for the them to remake my food. And to make it worse, the margarita pizza had no basil pesto, a KEY ingredient to the pizza."
"I would give a zero if I could. The staff are rude and do not have any customer service skills. They delivered the wrong order and refused to correct it or refund us. We tried contacting the store 5 times but had no success. Pizza Hut head office ignored us as well. This is not the first time we received the wrong order. It happens continuously. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Dominos or Hells instead."
