"I ordered over $70 of pizza today for clients and they never turned up! After calling the store over an hour after they were supposed to be delivered I was informed that they had canceled my order! No email, no telephone call. Just a poor excuse about refurbishment or something along those lines. They took my money and I haven’t received a refund. Hungry clients, terrible or NO service again from Domino’s Unreliable rubbish"
"Placed our order 2hrs ago and haven’t received it yet - second time this has happened. Last time we had to reheat and it was clearly sitting there for a good hour. Don’t care about getting the food, obviously the staff are overworked because we can’t get through the phone lines. Would like to know the avenues to get our money refunded. Thanks"
"I ordered one large pizza however I wasn't able to finish some of it so I asked them to give the rest of the pizza to someone who really needed it but apparently they aren't allowed to do it even if a customer has already paid for it, a staff member walked me to the bus stop which helped me feel a lot safer so overall I'd give 7.5 stars out of 10"
