"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant when we decided to order through Uber Eats on a Friday evening. Restaurant accepted the order, but when the driver arrived claiming they hadn't received it. Uber driver and customer service confirmed the order was received by them. The restaurant didn't pick up the phone or cancel the order ! After 15 min, had to cancel through Uber customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional."
