"I would strongly advise people to not order from this store. We have had delivery from this store and order is wrong and when we contacted them to let them know we were told it's our fault and that this is what we ordered. Management very rude and don't accept anything as there fault. They hang up on the phone when you try to question them...very poor customer service. Be aware that staff may tell you that they accept EFTPOS and then show up with no EFTPOS machine, management will blame you and inform you they don't do EFTPOS payments."

"Got delivery pizza from here - they called us up to advise they did not have the correct vegan meat and to tell us they would change to another one. We did not want beyond meat and asked them to change to another pizza (pride) - the person advised okay and then hung up. We have now gotten the original pizza we ordered with the meat replacement we do not want. They do not pick up the phone and have no contact email."
