"Very poor service. I arrived at 6:35 and promptly ordered a Little Neck Combo. This consists of 2 slices of my choice, 3 garlic knots, legendary sauce and a can of soda. I waited just over 15 min, which at first was fine, but considering other people who ordered AFTER me and got almost the exact same order I did got both their orders within 5 min…this was not ideal but I was willing to understand. However, I received my food and my garlic knots were ice cold (I live not even 10 minutes from the restaurant plus I watched the server use his bare hands to just take them out the cabinet and straight into the box. No warming. I ALSO ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese for my 2 slices, and received 2 cheese. I know server heard me correctly as I saw on the screen where I paid it said the correct order. Disappointing for a place I go to very often."
