"Absolutely the worst customer service Wanted 2 hours for a delivery .We contacted the store and we're told it was 5 minutes away. 30min later we rung back to be told something had failed on there computer system and they had lost our order. They still managed to deduct $78 dollars. We asked if they could please make our order and resend it. They send they would check snd ring back in 5 another 30mins later and us ringing back instead. We were told we're are getting a refund then hung up on once again. I feel sorry for any other franchise owners being affected by the poor service and reputation of this particular store."

"Possibly worst pizza hut store in Christchurch. Food quality is hit and miss at the best of times and abominable at the worst. Last week i ordered delivery from my work whiich is 2 minutes up the road. Absolute nightmare. They compensated me for a delivery which took two attempts and hours to arrive. Cold food and garlic bread was undercooked and raw in the middle. All they had to do was put through conveyor belt oven, slap it in a heated bag and drive 2 minutes. It was lunch so not busy rush period. Second delivery was over an hour to travel 500 metres or so."
"Ordered a Hawaiian and paid extra for toppings, $23.98 and the pizza had hardly any cheese on it, doesn't extra toppings mean extra !!! it was as dry as anything uneatable. I tried calling them it took an hour to get through when I did they told me they were busy so rush the order. I didn't ask for my pizza in a rush, happy to wait for something I assumed I had paid for. They then gave me an email address to send the photos every email bounced back. Arrggh!!! then they offered to send me out another one... No Thanks!! so next step a refund, I'm still waiting for the refund and go figure they have charged me twice for a pizza I couldn't eat. Never going back so disappointed. Ordered 3 Feb 2023 about 7.30"
