"Self checkout error and money had been deducted from account. Money returned to account an hour later. Trying to follow up error on the phone whilst frustrated as money showing as deducted. No responsibility or ascertaining of information through listening to details given from female supervisor at checkouts. Complete lack of logical reasoning showed, despite showing money dedication. Claimed she was more qualified to deal with it (which she didn't) than the store manager when asking for store manager. She was extremely insinuating, unreasoning and denied error to operational system of self checkout. Have escalated, and outcome findings show a system error on Countdowns Howicks checkout system. Terrible customer service needs foresight and training. Highland Park Countdown is the better option. Steer clear of this store."
