"I had a early morning booking for a balayage here. Before my appointment I popped into a Cafe nearby for a coffee to get me through the next few hours in a chair. Unfortunately the Cafe was quiet busy so I called in to let them know I was going to be late. When I arrived at the store the vibes were clearly off and I was assigned a inexperienced hairdresser despite paying for a experienced one as well as booking in advance. Luckily I saved my hair from a disaster and walked out. The manager had the audacity to ask for my grabone voucher so I couldn't actually use it and made it seem like a big deal to reschedule my appointment. They were clearly understaffed or choose to prioritize walk ins over bookings."
