"Happy with hair cut service and good deals on grabone but poor management. Staff rescheduled my appointment first then owner/manager called and told I can’t reschedule on the same day so had to attend it. He was also asking for more money as he had specially booked me on boxing day & I wanted to reschedule but when I had booked, no one had informed me all this t&c although I had clearly asked that they are open on that day and other t&c. At the time of booking they didn’t inform anything and later on came with this drama."
"Malak did an amazing job. He is a genius. I was unsure of what I needed and he helped make an informed decision and then went to work. The result is amazing and I love it! This salon gets busy but all the guys are so friendly and lovely. I encourage anyone to give Malak a try. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, I will be back."
