"While Adairs has an amazing product selection and the prices are great ( if on clearance or sale), the online delivery is just woeful. I've been waiting almost a month and no idea when my order will arrive. Just be aware that if you order online it is actually dispatched and shipped from Australia (by a snail apparently). It took aprox 2-3 weeks for my order just to be dispatched from their warehouse! I keep imagining they only have 1 poor overworked lonely person picking all their orders and feeling sorry for that person carrying the company on their shoulders. Definitely just buy in-store if you can (unfortunately my experience with the Sylvia park store service hasn't been amazing either but at least you will get your goods when you pay for it!)"
