Our institution is governed by a strong Board consisting of five members from the local community. Led by Chairperson Kevin Tiernan, who also serves as the Officer-in-charge of the Crime Investigation Branch for Counties Manukau Police, our Board brings together individuals with expertise in the legal profession, risk management, government, and education. This diverse range of perspectives allows us to provide comprehensive and effective services to our clients.

Additionally, our staff members come from various cultural backgrounds, including Maori, Pasifika, Indian, Malaysian, and South African. This diversity enables us to better understand and support individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring that our services are inclusive and culturally sensitive.
