"Do not recommend, service was really bad. He only gave me 2 options of lehenga saying the colours I want isn't in stock etc. I tried both on but wasn't in love with them and when I asked if any more he can show he got angry and said I can't keep trying on outfits if I don't want to buy them as they get damaged and said to come back and look online. Then when I asked to show Sharara he doesn't want to open to show clothes, says I can't try them and then when I said "that's nice outfit" he responded loudly in front of other customers saying you're not choosing anything and making me open them that's not how it works. I've never been to an Indian shop that doesn't want to open to show their customers, how will we make a choice!. Just so disappointed as I had a good first experience hence why I went back. But never again I'm so shocked at the attitude and service. Go to Papatoetoe shops atleast better service there and more options! NO REFUNDS either be aware."
"Very good customer service, I was very delighted with my purchase. I have shopped at bharat darshan many times and every time I leave with immense happiness. Dheeraj uncle always pays a lot of attention and detail for our orders and always takes time to even show us custom material which is very helpful. He has shown me live pieces many times on video calls and even if we don't buy it, he still gives us valuable advice. The clothes are of very good quality and the customer service is up to standard. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for good quality and trendy outfits with genuine customer service. Neetu and Dheeraj are both amazing. They are very sweet and make your time worthwhile."
