"I worked at Glassons for years and they had '10 non-negotiable sales steps', all about customer service. We even had to sit exams. The new policy seems to be, ignore the customers where possible and if you can't, be as rude and dismissive as you can. These girls seem to think they are better than everyone else. Also Glassons, perhaps start selling clothes for someone other than 12 year olds with body dysmorphia. Your models looked malnourished. It's 2023 guys."
"Every single experience I have had at Glassons stores across the country in the past has been awful, however, the girls at Albany were friendly and helpful. They chatted with my sister and I and helped us choose some clothes. They didn’t seem fake or judgmental at all which was so lovely as a lot of other stores have staff that behave this was unfortunately."
