"I went here to see the dentist first of all for 2 fillings and she was so kind and warm. Then I booked to see the hygienist at 8.30am one morning. I had to take some time off work for this appointment. I was still sitting there at 9.10am so I left. 40 minutes waiting is completely ridiculous. I asked the receptionist where the hygienist was traveling from and she said Manuwera area. I advised I had traveled from pukekohe and was on time. Even after I left I got no phone call or email from the hygienist to apologize for this so although I had great experience with dentist, I would not recommend hygienist."
