"DO NOT GO THERE! Honestly … a long queue & 1 worker. There was another one refilling stock so I went over & asked her to come help serve the queue instead which she agreed too indicating, they ARE trained to do the job, just management arent onto it with allocating appropriate numbers to where the help is needed. You’re just as bad as Vodafones customer service!"
"20 minutes waiting period for 1 photo print. The staff is very slow and not very proactive. The shop on the other hand has all the stationary you need and office furniture as well. Not a great place to buy laptops or mobiles here as they are extremely expensive compare to other shops. So do look around if you want to buy something electronic"
"Well stocked and well laid out store. The only letdown is the very poor customer service especially at the print desk. There's usually a very long queue here with extremely slow staff. Staff are bit abrupt and not too helpful at times."
