"Extremely bad service. Took a whole week to make a wof appointment, they do not answer calls or text back. Finally made a booking after a week, collected my car on the other side of auckland and arrived in time for my appointment, and then I receive a phone call telling me the appointment is cancelled due to the wof inspector attending to a breakdown. Obviously they would make more money from the breakdown rather than a WOF, they don’t care about providing a quality service. Absolutely poor service, and lack of consideration for customers time. Do not recommend this place."
