"They might be good if you have a specific task to accomplish (WOF, oil change, etc) but if you are unaware what causes a problem and want them to investigate, I won't do it here. Tried them a couple of times, they spent the whole day, charged me a fortune, without actually fixing anything. All I get is a 2-min talk of what sophisticated checks they have done, a few mechanical jargon, and a request to bring the car back if the same problem happens again (which would indeed happen). Took the car to another mechanic and got it fixed within a couple of hours, paid half the amount and by the way, it's nothing related to what they proposed."
