The pharmacist in the middle of me having an asthma attack deliberately charged me twice as much for some medicine, with a really bad attitude. He kept saying I had to go back to see a doctor to get a repeat for something I can get over the counter quite easily and have before at many other pharmacies. I went back a second time and he tried his absolute best to do it again in the middle of an asthma attack and AGAIN tried to send me away. I couldn't believe it. what an absolute a*****e"
"I want to thank and commend Clara who answered the phone on Monday 4 November 2019. She quickly sorted out an issue I had with the service I received the day before when collecting a prescription. Clara listened, she was polite, she offered a solution and then she followed up with a call back shortly afterwards. Her problem solving and level of service was impressive and a very nice surprise."
