"Made an instore purchase and the cashier didn't ask me if I had Airpoints (first time traveling in quite some time) spent $200 and found out the next day you can earn Airpoints. Have been back and forth with both AirNZ and Aelia since I have my receipt and neither of them are willing to help."

"I have contacted the customer service here many times regards to the La Mer cream I was sold under false claims. They refuse to answer the call and have put my partner on hold many times (I was out of the country). I asked the sales representative approximately 6 times "are you sure this doesn't have fragrance added to it as it smells quite strong?" She repeatedly lied to me and told me "no". This caused an extreme break out in rashes on my skin. I will also be taking this complaint further as I am appalled that they can operate under illegal circumstances. If you are the owner, it is illegal in NZ to sell something under false claims."
