"I regret to say that my experience at this salon was highly disappointing. The haircut I received was far from satisfactory, as it was uneven and poorly executed. The stylists seemed disinterested and unskilled, leading to a lackluster outcome. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and the customer service was lacking. I strongly advise against visiting this salon, as it did not meet even the most basic standards of quality. Avoid this salon also the staff not behave good"

"Paid for 3 haircuts today. One of my sons haircuts was OK - his normal haircut is a zerofade with a comb over on top. No complaints it was pretty good. My other son had a curly messy mullet his curls were about 10-15cm long all over - but all of his curls have now been chopped off the top of his head which the barber called a "trim". The "trim" was uneven left with long pieces throughout and the shortest pieces have had more than half the length chopped. I almost cried when he came home to me. He has unusual hair no visible crown which can make it difficult but this is the worst haircut he has ever had. I see no reason why a qualified barber would hack into curls like that. His hair is also now going in a sideways direction which he didn't have when he walked in the door. Shocking shocking shocking work. My husband had a zero fade and a beard clean up - the haircut itself is pretty ok except the fade line was left on the back of his head and he was left with bad razor rash on his neck under his beard and at the back of his head. Also the line underneath the bottom of his beard on the neck was crooked."
