"BEWARE!!!! These guys are cowboys. They made my elderly father a set of dentures (which cost $2,500) and they don't even fit in his mouth properly. Dad went back a couple of times to try and get them altered but Graeme's solution was "just keep wearing them until you get use to them". That would be ok if they actually fit in his mouth properly in the first place!!!! If you complain they are rude and then have the check to say your being difficult. STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"They said they did free quotes, still got billed for it. Messed up my x-rays, were reckless with the x-ray radiation, and refused to cooperate when I chose to transfer dentists. Save your money. Go to Takanini Dental Care instead."
"Went for the $99 special for new patients. X-rays, scale & polish. The dentist did not clean my teeth properly at all. She went nowhere near my gums & gave them a quick polish & that was that. Emailed the surgery & no response at all. Poor customer service. Will definitely not be wasting my money there again."
