Graduating from the prestigious New Zealand College of Massage in 2012, Liz has been running her own successful business in the Albany area ever since. She is dedicated to continuously enhancing her knowledge and skills through professional development courses, including mobilisation, dry needling, and specialised treatments for upper extremities and low back/pelvis.
At Albany Muscular Therapy Clinic, we are passionate about helping our clients achieve a pain-free and mobile lifestyle. Liz believes in the power of exercise as a means to alleviate pain and improve overall well-being, and she includes exercise prescription in her sessions if required. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain or simply want to incorporate massage therapy into your personal health care plan, we are here to support you every step of the way.
We offer a wide range of treatments tailored to meet your individual needs. From deep tissue massage to sports therapy, our skilled therapists will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that targets your specific concerns.
We kindly ask our clients to provide 24 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $60 fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, this will be at our discretion and with advance notification.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future sessions. We treat no-shows as cancellations without notice and will charge the full fee.
