"Its as good as a sub can be but this place has an ant issue, we got the cups for fhe soda machine on two different occasions (second time we were hoping they fixed the ant issue, but no) and both times there were ant around the machine, on the machine and worst of all in the machine. When you press down a button, fizzy + ants come out :). The manager ask for the difference when we complained there were ants in the machine, but the lady worker apologised and gave us a bottle without needing to match the price difference - personally i would be embaressed too and gave the upgrade. Amazing service from the employee, manager could have done better."
"I usually went in there every week and ordered the same combo for 16.00. I went in today and charged me 17.90! Thing is, I was charged 16.00 for the same meal for the last couple of months and had the transaction history to prove it. Despite this, they refused to charge me at the correct price of 16.00. They also said that there hadn't been a price increase since February. They lied to me a number of times during the heated argument that ensued. Scumbags tried to rip me off! There was also a problem with the drinks machine last week, which was infested with ants, so there's that as well. Avoid this place like you'd avoid the Ebola virus."
"It’s Subway, just like the Subway you get from anywhere else. But the place is so clean and nicely decorated, it gives you a good feel to sit and have your food. The staff have always been friendly and tidy every time I’ve been here. Walking distance to Albany mall and the plaza outside the mall."
