"I've been going to this supermarket for years. They have produce and goods of various quality and price range. This is absolutely legit, I think. In July they got rid of small plastic bags people used for fruits and vegetables. No alternative was offered (e.g. brown paper bags, recyclable bags), which made the experience less pleasant."
