"Fabulous service!"
"Very disappointed with the bag I bought at the Outlet Store. The card holders on one side of the bag were made too small to fit a standard size card. I had to make a special trip back to the shop to exchange the bag for one that wasn't faulty. I did not get an apology and was disappointed with the comment a staff member made; " they make it tight so your cards dont fall out ".......what an excuse...it was so tight you had to use force to get a card in and risk damaging the bag and once it was in it was very difficult trying to pull it out. I will think twice before I consider buying another Briarwood product as I dont think the quality is as good since it is being made in India and not in New Zealand."
