However, an unpleasant experience can quickly ruin the entire outing, as was the case for me at the Sushi Bar Salmon in the Food Court. the Korean boss of the Sushi Bar Salmon refused to lend me the key to the restroom and lied to me by saying that the toilet was closed. I was shocked and surprised at the lack of basic amenities and the uncooperative attitude of the staff. Then I went to another restaurant in the food court and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to lend me the key to the restroom without any hassle. This small act of kindness made a big difference and demonstrated the importance of good customer service."
