Welcome to Health Support, located at 2 Segar Avenue, Auckland, New Zealand. We are an establishment that specializes in health, pharmacy, and medical supplies. As a point of interest and store, we pride ourselves on being the largest supply partner to Te Whatu Ora and private hospitals in New Zealand, with over 22,000 pharmaceuticals and medical consumable products sourced from over 600 suppliers.

With a rich history spanning over 20 years, Health Support Limited and ProPharma Hospital joined forces in 2012 to become Onelink. Throughout the pandemic, we have been at the forefront, providing essential supplies to our northern region hospitals and Te Whatu Ora. This experience has helped us define our core values of empathy, knowledge, and proactivity, which we refer to as our Health Intelligence.

Our mission is to deliver robust and high-performing healthcare supply chain solutions by utilizing the best technology, systems, and people. By doing so, we enable frontline healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional care. With over 160 dedicated staff members, we process more than 2.5 million lines of inventory each year and hold over $40M worth of medical and pharmaceutical consumables. Our fill rates consistently exceed 98%, making us New Zealand's leading source of Section 29 pharmaceuticals.
