"Visiting elderly mother in Papakura. I noticed 1 of her ShihTzus had long hair on left paw whereas right one seemed shorter. Mum had been unsuccessfully trying to trim the tails and around the eyes of both, she has 2 ShihTzu. I found out Arthur Nutters a Jims Dog wash franchisee had 2 weeks previously toe clipped and shampooed both dogs for a total of 180 dollars. In this economic climate the elderly especially have to be careful to get value for money and this service is definitely NOT good value. I thought the grooming to be a shoddy hit and miss affair considering the prices, very disappointing. Not a return customer."
