"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DOMINO'S OTAHUHU!!! Today (05/02/22) a woman ordered from the domino's branch in otahuhu and while eating chicken a chunk of fly fell out! She then proceeded to call domino's to have them come back and see for themselves, they agreed and hung up. She called back 5 minutes later and her call was immediately disconnected! She can no longer call them. As a result she has taken action and sent them a complaint. This woman is just one of many people who have found pests in their food! Several people have ordered from domino's Otahuhu and have either been given expired food or pizza with a disgusting amount of hair in it! It is also believed that they have mice running around their store! Domino's also offered free chicken wingz to this woman as compensation! (Keep in mind, she found a fly in her chicken wing, the same chicken wing they tried offering her more of!) Domino's Otahuhu is disgusting! Their food is so overpriced and for what? The bugs that come with it?! I will never order from Domino's ever again!!! If I could give zero stars I would because that's how bad they are!"

"Ordered online. Arrived early, received order on time. Good customer service. I honestly had low expectations but to my delight, the pizzas and garlic bread were very tasty, while they were hot, not so much when cold. I got what I payed for."

"Loving this new system you have where you put the pizzas you make up so the customers can see the quality. Unfortunately one of my pizzas didnt pass the quality test and I had to find out the hard way after getting my pizza home that it was very burnt and tasted like burnt toast to eat. Pretty disgusting, don't serve rubbish quality to customers, try and fix the situation instead. Tried them one last time in December, they stuffed up the order even worse and gave us the entirely wrong sauce and were standing around texting on their phones, incompetent and rude staff."
