"Im appalled by the service i have received and feel tricked! I got given a price in writing to replace my circulation pump via your service department only to be invoiced almost 50% more than the price i was given. Mandy from customer service has now offered to have the new part removed if i have an issue with this. Shocking service!"

"Thought we bought a high quality pool. After 4 years it start to lose water. The reason was over use of chlorine they said, which we never had with the budget pools we have owned in the past. We also needed a new pump for the same reason. My daughter who also owns a hot spring said that they are already unto their 3th pump. We where quoted over 3000 dollars to fix it. I asked for a meeting with Mr Paretovich which was declined. At the end we had it fixed. All this toke more than 6 months. I have a few more stories like this. In my opinion the quality is not there As soon we got it back, I sold it and will never want to own a Hot spring again."

"Our spa is great but their after sales service is terrible. No-one ever answers the phone, they don't reply to emails either, I am still waiting for a part I ordered over a month ago with no idea what happened to it, and ordering spa chemicals has to be done through a secret process."
