"I went there for shipping on Sunday around 13:40, I saw one tee and I really liked that but I was confused about the price anyway I saw one girl was serving in the counter I just say excuse me and she was just reply me straight away she is busy she reply me very rudely, it is unacceptable."
"A clearance table is located close to the tills. It’s positioned in a way that it is super difficult to access some of the piles of clothing without leaning or taking a small step into the entry to the till area (nowhere close to the registers, just to clarify). We were yelled at from the other end of the store by a staff member ‘EXCUSE ME! YOU CANNOT BE IN THE TILL AREA!!’. They did this to several other customers. Here’s some ideas - put your clearance tables in an accessible place, put a barrier like a chain if you don’t want people in the entry (though I have no idea why this should matter), or just chill out. Us, along with the other customers were no where near the register AND we had our back turned to them. Though we wanted to shop, we left, and so did others. FYI this was today."

"Myself and my daughter went to onehunga levis store today and had the best experience,we were looked after by Mike. Mike spoke to us as we walked into the store that was crazy busy at the time,with in a couple of minutes he came over to us and offered to help us.he was very friendly and very happy to help me fine my size in my fav jeans, before I knew it I was in the dressing room not just with my favs but 3 other styles.and at the same time being so helpful not just me and my daughter but other customers as well.
