"Pizza never arrived after over an hour. Tried to phone. Was told it was on its way. Now 70 mins and still not here. Phoned again and was told - "it's been delivered." I said it hadn't. Was then told "What do I expect? We are busy. We have 90 orders and 3 drivers. It's on it's way." Fantastic customer service!!! I said, "Excuse me, that's your issue. We ordered it." And asked for a refund. He said he would do this and "If it comes, (as in the pizza) it comes." Obviously it hasn't been delivered if that is the answer. Let's hope our refund comes or we will be following this up."

"I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but honestly I am just amazed this place is still operating. Ordered some pizzas from there at 8:45 on a Saturday night. When I arrived the door was locked but there were people in there and my order was on a big screen. After waiting outside for 25-30minutes I eventually banged loud enough that a staff member came to the door and told me they were shut and they wouldn't be making my order. He said I'd 'recieve a refund at some point in the next few days'. Ended up walking next door to Pizza Hut who were amazed to hear what happened and made me a cheaper, more delicious pizza immediately. The staff there were lovely and way, way nicer than the rude person I spoke to at Dominoes. No refund arrived, obviously."
