"These guys are dreadful, management need to go under cover boss styles and see what customers experience. The whole crew need to go to Maccas in Newtown and see how the pros do it. Wait time was 20mins, and there was only 3 customers inside. No smiles, zero customer service skills. Please minus the one star I gave, they don't deserve that star"

"Food is average at best. Sometimes really lovely and hot and other times only warm. Burger was thrown together and way too much sauce in it. And I love sauce in my burger. This is what poured out of my burger while eating it. Sometimes the service is amazing and then slips at times with one worker in particular. . Toilets are not the cleanest either unfortunately. The floor by drink machines and fryers looked so slippery."
