The front desk team are always so polite and make me feel so welcome and safe for my 2 boys! I love how the cat area is separate from the dog area, these things make all the difference for anxious pets and pet owners. "I recently took my dog to True Vets after he got a deep cut under his paw, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provided. Despite booking the consultation at the last moment, they accommodated us without any issues. The veterinarians at True Vets were incredibly gentle and understanding with my dog. They carefully stitched up the wound and took the extra step of placing a protective boot on my dog's paw to ensure that his dressing stayed dry. I want to give a special mention to the receptionist at True Vets for her outstanding customer service. Every time I have called with questions about my dog, she takes time to listen attentively to my concerns and provide thorough and helpful answers.
