"Feeling a bit ripped off having to pay $112 for nothing. Had these guys out to look at lights not working on our range hood. They were here for 5 mins, couldn't fix the problem (weren't sure what the problem was - "maybe they could try and order a part and see if that worked.") I told them not to bother.
