"Worst experience ever. The shop opened 20 mins late which meant my pet was getting restless in the car waiting. Finally got her inside. After her grooming, went to pick her up. She looked terrified in her carrier as she was surrounded by big dog's barking. To my surprise when I brought her home, I was shocked to see what was done to my cat. It was like they left the shaver at only one place and forgot to move it. Whole chunk of hair missing in her belly. So ugly. Never going bk there nor will recommend to anyone else"
