"I purchased a range of items to qualify for a free delivery. I took time to ensure they were all in stock. While my mattresses & other items arrived, I was missing 8 pillow protectors. I called Jory Henley to let them know. It's been 5 weeks since, and I haven't received the pillow protectors nor any communication back about the missing items. Today I asked for a refund and the cost of delivery was added back on to what I was owed for the remaining items."
