Welcome to Paremata Creche, a highly regarded establishment and point of interest located at 69a Discovery Drive in Porirua, New Zealand. Situated in the heart of Whitby, our creche offers a picturesque view of the stunning Whitby lake.

At Paremata Creche, we take pride in being the perfect stepping stone into the world of Early Childhood Education. We believe in nurturing young children's learning and development through warm and responsive relationships. Our dedicated team, consisting of Jessica, Sandy, Tammy, Hayleigh, Sophie, and Jo, is committed to providing a safe and well-resourced learning environment for children and their families.

Within our creche, children have the freedom to explore at their own pace, both individually and with others. We empower them to choose the direction of their learning, fostering their growth as competent and confident learners. Our philosophy revolves around creating a rich learning environment that encourages children to become active participants in their own education.

With over 25 years of service to the Whitby community, Paremata Creche has become an integral part of the area. In 2015, we underwent a refurbishment to accommodate the growing demand, allowing us to increase our license to accommodate 25 children per session. However, we remain dedicated to maintaining a great teacher-to-child ratio, ensuring each child receives the attention and support they need.

Operating from Monday to Friday, we offer two session options: 8.30am-12.30pm (4 hours) or 8.30am-2.30pm (6 hours). Our friendly and well-trained staff are passionate about early childhood education and are committed to supporting families within our local community.
