If your injury is covered by ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation), there is no additional surcharge to pay. We are a registered ACC Provider, ensuring that all our treatment costs are fully covered.
Booking an appointment with us is hassle-free, as no referral is required from your GP or any other specialist. We value your convenience and make the process as seamless as possible.
Even during these challenging times, we continue to provide video consultations for new and existing injuries, adhering to ACC criteria. Your health and well-being are our top priority.
We take pride in offering fully customized treatment programs, tailored to your specific needs. Our services include custom-fitted splints and supports, on-site therapy, and advice on at-home activities to facilitate optimal healing.
Our physiotherapy treatments cover a range of conditions, including tendonitis and tendon injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint injuries, nerve compression and injuries, sprained fingers and thumbs, tennis and golfers elbow, arthritis, sports injuries, and more.
As an institution, we operate in accordance with guidance from the Ministry of Health. While we are not considered a high-risk healthcare setting, we fully support the use of face masks for both staff and patients. Our therapists will happily wear a mask upon request, and we appreciate your cooperation in following any additional safety measures.
Your therapist will conduct a risk assessment before each appointment and may recommend wearing a mask during the session. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment.
