After an agreement is signed, granting us permission to capture your bank statements, credit card transactions, and PayPal transactions, we set up your system or convert your old one. Once your data arrives into our system, we code it to your general ledger and reconcile your bank accounts. We then produce a set of reports tailored to your instructions, including GST returns, profit and loss statements, cashflow reports, and general ledgers. We also handle wages and PAYE for some of our clients.
With Xero, you have a real-time view of your cashflow. You can access your financials from anywhere and at any time, using a Mac, PC, tablet, or phone. Our clients have found this feature to be invaluable in managing their business finances.

Originally, Mobile Bookkeeping operated through on-site visits. However, with advancements in technology, we can now work from anywhere at any time. Our clients are only a phone call away, and the programs we use enable us to complete their work and produce reports more efficiently. While our base is in Levin, we are available for on-site visits in the greater Wellington area. Additionally, our software allows us to work for clients anywhere, anytime.
