"This company has given some of the worst customer service I have come across. I ordered a 'click and collect' product, the confirmed order I received told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I waited 48 hours and drove 45 minutes to collect, only to be told that the product was only in stock at their Napier store, not in Mt Eden. They offered to courier the product to my home address, for a cost of $5.75 (shouldn't they be covering that on a click and collect order??). Eventually they agreed to send it directly to me at their cost. Two days later I got a call to say the product was delivered to their Mt Eden store and I had to go and collect it, they wouldn't be sending it to me after all - after another 45 min drive each way I finally had the product I ordered. What a debacle. Store manager took no responsibility and was not at all helpful. I recommend never purchasing from this company."
