"Excellent experience here for postage. The lady even documented how much each item cost for bag + post / box + post for my benefit. They were super helpful and labeled each item for me when posting multiple things. Transparent pricing and bubble wrap, post bags and boxes available in all sizes for you. There are two post shops on Cuba and the Cuba st one that is combined with a dairy further down was a terrible experience - easy to get these two mixed up as they are in such close proximity!"

"Worst postage experience of my life. Made me pay double to ship a “chargeable” item and then it got returned to sender and they won’t resend it. I have to pay again!! On top of that the staff are unhelpful and honestly condescending every time I’ve been in. This isn’t a one of occurrence, I’ve been here at least 10 times, but never again."
