"Don't get a job if you don't care about doing it at an acceptable level or proficiency! Had a parcel delivered to a completely different address, and I was fortunate enough that the person living there gave me a call to pick it up. Some of these delivery couriers just don't care about the jobs they're doing, but they seem to mostly work for Castle Parcels. If you can avoid and want your stuff to be delivered, don't use them. Based on the quality and consistency of their service, this should be called Sewage Parcels - a better predictor of the kind of carp you have to deal with."
"Avoid using this company! I have had a few things delivered with Castle Parcels through Mocka and I always put the delivery instructions as placing down the side of the house so people won't see it. Every time they just leave it at the front door. The message is always printed very big and clear next the the address. Not sure why they can't read the instructions. Other companies seem to have no problem with this."
