We offer information, resources, and events to assist teachers and educators in making sense of the physical education learning area. Our goal is to empower them to confidently provide relevant and engaging quality physical education for their students, known as ākonga.

One of our important events is the Physical Education New Zealand Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for Wednesday, 27th September, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. This year, the meeting will take place online. To gain access to the meeting, members must register in advance. Simply complete the registration form below, and we will send you the link to join the meeting.

We also host an exciting Awards night every year to celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals in the field of Physical Education Te ao Kori Aoteroa. Our 2023 Awards night was a tremendous success, and we are eagerly looking forward to 2024, where we anticipate even more nominations and a grand celebration with all of you.

Furthermore, we organize a two-day event that offers multiple PE workshops and networking opportunities specifically designed for primary and intermediate school teachers. This event is a fantastic chance to enhance your teaching skills and connect with fellow educators in the field of physical education.
