"Dirty, filthy pillow case on a pillow. Awkward on street pay parking only. No private parking provided. Shared bathroom with all guests and the owners, yet this is not mentioned in the description. Access is from the street by many multiple STEEP steps. You are not allowed in the property from 10 am to 4 pm. The breakfast is not over impressive. Etc, etc. The price , for the services received, is excessive."

"My husband and I just had a brilliant one night stay. Location is excellent, it's walking distance to the CBD, Cuba Street and other popular spots. Annie and Ross were warm, friendly and very accommodating. Continental breakfast was lovely also. Would 100% recommend"

"Gorgeous homestead so quiet but so close to the city. Annie and Ross are lovely welcoming hosts and you feel right at home and wanted. Recommended as a 5+ start accommodation for certain.
