"Called them to check if they do Covid booster shots and was told to come in 15mins. Got there and was told I have a 30 min wait time. Did mention that I was on lunch break to get the shot but they were not interested to know. Very disappointed even though I checked before hand to ensure I could get back on time. I managed to get to the Stoddard Rd clinic close to the Richardson Rd intersection and even though I am not a regular there I was treated very well."
"In New Zealand there is high levels of ultraviolet (U.V) radiation, this radiation can cause damage to to your skin and eyes. The best way to protect yourself and your family is by being sunsmart. Slip, Slop, Slap, Wrap From September to April protect yourself when you are outside. Wear long sleeved clothing -wear fabrics with a tight weave and dark in colour, this will give more protection from the sun. Stay in the shade - use an umbrella or stay under a leafy tree. if you are planning outdoor activities do them in the early morning or evening when U.V levels are lower. Appy Sunscreen - and don't be shy with it. Buy sunscreen with at least SPF30 (we recommend SPF50+) make sure its water resistant (and added bonus if reef friendly). Always apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before going outside and reapply after being in water or sweating."
"Was given the run around being told one of my meds was not in stock and to get it elsewhere. Went all the way to St Lukes (it was late night) only to be told the prescription was still lodged with Mt Roskill unichem. Went back to Mt Roskill unichem the next day and was given my prescription! I was frustrated. Recently they didn't have my inhaler in stock and was told of a nation wide shortage. Funny that I managed to get the same type inhaler from Life St Lukes on the same week!"
"The phone service with this pharmacy is very worse. I done my doctor consultation and as per my doctor prescribed medical certificate as a Covid +ve patient doctor refer for home delivery on my Tabletes. But to confirming on my payment on some medicine I try to call them and it’s not a good in response. Is this the Health board of New Zealand providing service to the Covid Patients those who are in home isolation.???"
